Vienna (OTS) – Insolvency proceedings were opened on the assets of Gerry Weber GmbH by order of the Commercial Court of Vienna on July 21, 2023 and Dr. Ulla Reisch appointed as insolvency administrator. There are no plans to reorganize the company. Individual branches will already be closed in the next few days.
In the remaining branches, the sale with -50% on the entire range starts immediately until further notice.
Vouchers and bonus points can no longer be redeemed. These can be filed with the Commercial Court of Vienna as an insolvency claim following one’s own economic examination, whereby a flat fee of € 25 must be paid and the quota prospects cannot yet be estimated.
An exchange of goods is also no longer possible. Complaints regarding goods purchased up to and including July 21, 2023 are also no longer possible.
