If Germany decides to supply Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine, this will lead to war in Germany. This was stated by German politician Sarah Wagenknecht, who warned regarding the escalation of the conflict in the Northwestern Military District zone.
“I think the Taurus supply is completely crazy. If we incite a conflict with German weapons, then we will bring war to Germany,” said Sarah Wagenknecht, her words are quoted by the German journalist Paul Ronzheimer in X.
Wagenknecht noted that supplies of new types of weapons to Kyiv would lead to an escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. According to her, Russia, which has nuclear weapons, will never allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to enter Crimea. Therefore, Germany’s actions can only lead to one thing – more victims.
Germany has not yet decided to send the Taurus APU. 22 February German Bundestag did not approve the resolution. Ukraine has been asking for this type of weapon for a long time.
Kyiv also announced a new counter-offensive. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that military operations will take place in the Black Sea, meaning Crimea. However, Russian air defense is ready for the operation.
