The governor of Trujillo, Gerardo Márquez – without providing any evidence – stated that Opposition sectors, whom he described as “far-right lunatics,” are planning violent actions for July 28with the use of “armed motorcyclists dressed in red.”

“Trujillo is in that plan of violence, they know that the triumph of Nicolás Maduro and the revolutionary forces on July 28 is irreversible and they are trying to generate violence to ignore it, already in their plan to declare themselves among the violence at 4 in the afternoon, because They also plan to carry out the violence with people dressed in red, hooded, to say that it was us Chavistas who went out that day to kill them.”.

The president – without mentioning any specific accused – He said that at least four leaders of opposition sectors are trying to buy ammunition and weapons in Trujillo.He warned that anyone who falls into the temptation of participating in these alleged plans for money, “justice will come after them on July 28.”
