Gerard Depardieu is facing a new sexual assault complaint in France.
The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, filed the complaint against the famous actor at a Paris police station on January 9, 2024, about 20 days before the publication of an open letter by dozens of celebrities denouncing Depardieu’s “lynching” by the media regarding the accusations against him of rape and sexual assault.
According to information from the newspaper Courrier de l’Ouest the incident for which Depardieu is being complained about dates back to March 2014.

The complainant, a former stagehand who was 24 when the incident happened, claims the actor “spread his dick all over my body”, and also mentions Depardieu’s “obscene words” on set during filming. of the film “Le Magicien et les Siamois” by director Jean-Pierre Mocky in Due-la-Fontaine.
According to iefimerida, in her lawsuit she alleges “sexual assault against a vulnerable person by a person who abused the power of his position.”
Depardieu, 75, went on trial in December 2020 for rape and sexual assault following a complaint by actress Charlotte Arnould, who alleged two rapes at the actor’s Paris home in late August 2018.
The complaint by actress Hélène Darras, who accused Gerard Depardieu of sexually assaulting her during the filming of a movie in 2007, was filed at the end of December due to the statute of limitations. That same month Spanish journalist and author Ruth Baza also filed a rape lawsuit in Spain against Depardieu over events dating back to 1995 in Paris.
