The Portuguese coach of Al-Hilal, Georgy Jesus, removed his financial player, Musa Mariga, from the team’s preparatory camp in Austria, and decided to return him to continue training at the club’s headquarters in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
Al-Hilal revealed that the reason for the coach’s decision was “technical”, and the player will complete his training program in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Hilal defeated its counterpart, Landskron, in its current camp, by six goals, in a friendly match on Saturday.
Marega moved to the Capital Blue from Porto in the summer of the 2021-2022 season, and has since played 75 matches with the team, scoring 25 goals and passing 7 assists.
