Stefanos Kasselakis requested the dismissal of Adonis Georgiadis on the occasion of statements by the Minister of Health that there is no doctor at the regional clinic on the weekend, which as he noted has been the case “since the establishment of the National Health Service”. Commenting on the post of Stefanos Kasselakis, Mr. Georgiadis characterizes what he says as a “monument of populism”, while he clarifies that what is true today was also true during SYRIZA.
The issue arose after a complaint by the vice-mayor of Almyros, Yiannis Tsantouris, that the Anavras rural clinic was closed, however, as the minister mentioned, the unfortunate tourist received first aid within the first 4 minutes from a nurse.

The extradited woman was stopped in a tavern, she had special issues, which due to medical confidentiality I will not disclose and although the nurse from the Regional Clinic was there for first aid in 4′ and the EKAV ambulance from KY Domokou in 20′, she was not its retraction possible as it had already passed away. Mr. Kasselakis, because you have internal party problems, don’t see human tragedies as your political lifeline, it’s a shame.”

Mr. Mitsotakis, the far-right statement that you made health minister “the patient had a stroke on Sunday and there are no doctors on weekends, no state can have doctors everywhere” is an extreme example of cynicism.
