The office of Dr. Kamal Shuaib Law Firm and Legal Consultations denied the issuance by the Administrative Court of rulings rejecting the appeals of the dismissal of Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek Club.
And the second circuit of the Administrative Court of the State Council, today, Sunday, referred the lawsuit filed by a member of the General Assembly of the Zamalek Club, in which he demanded that the Ministry of Youth and Sports be obligated to dismiss and exclude Mortada Mansour from the presidency of the Zamalek Club, because a ruling was issued once morest him to the Commissioners Authority.
For his part, Mortada Mansour said, through his personal account on the social networking site “Facebook”, that the second circuit of the Administrative Court of the State Council rejected 4 appeals submitted by Abdullah George, Hani Shukry Najib and Mustafa Abdel-Khaleq, to remove him from office.
In response to Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek, Kamal Shoaib’s office issued an official statement, confirming that all the news circulating regarding the court’s issuance of rulings in these appeals, whether in the urgent or substantive part, with rejection are nothing but sheer fabrications and lies that are completely untrue.
