He says he has been a Democrat all his life and is proud of what the party stands for.

Clooney believes the Democrats should use the national convention in August to find a new candidate. He says it will be a messy affair, but a wake-up call among voters that will benefit the party.

The pressure on Biden to resign has increased following the famous TV debate with Donald Trump at the end of June. So far, Biden has rejected the idea of resigning.
