Update 3.5 of Genshin Impact was presented today by HoYoverse during its live streaming (live transmission), where the main novelties of the new version of the popular open-world RPG were shown. With the theme “Blooming Breeze Sigh”, Genshin Impact 3.5 will be released on March 1, 2023, revealed the studio during the event dedicated to revealing the game news.
In the 3.5 update of Genshin Impact, we will have, according to HoYoverse, the celebration of the “Festival of the Blossoming Breeze”, where players will participate in a new adventure that will delve deeper into the Order of the Abyss. In addition, the studio also mentioned more information about the launch of the new characters Dehya and Mika.

Blossoming Breeze Festival: Challenges and Rewards
During the Blossom Breeze Festival, players will be able to obtain rewards through the event’s minigame challenges. We will have three games:
- “Landscape Melody”, with challenges that involve rhythm;
- “Floral Chase”, which consists of a game of hunting in a maze;
- Photography mode, where the name itself says what it is about.
New characters in Genshin Impact 3.5
In the first phase of Genshin Impact update 3.5 we will have two new playable characters: Dehya and Mika. The legendary hermit Dehya is a five-star Piro character who wields a sword as a weapon. Through her Elemental Skill, the character can create a field that causes Pyro damage to enemies, in addition to transferring part of the damage received to her allies and herself. Dehya’s Supreme causes the spear to be sideways and the character starts to use her fists to “punch” her opponents and finish with a nice kick.
Slated for the second phase of Genshin Impact 3.5 is Mika, an active surveyor for the Knights of Favonius. This is a four-star Crio character who uses a spear. By using his Elemental Skill, he can target opponents with his crossbow and increase his allies’ attack speed and damage. With the activation of the Supreme, we have the effect of constant restoration of life.
Genshin Impact 3.5: Characters re-released in the 1st half of the update
According to HoYoverse, Cyno will be present in the same banner as Dehya in the first half of Genshin Impact Update 3.5. Already in the second half, we will have the release of Kamisato Ayaka and Shenhe, along with Mika.
Legendary Dehya Quest and Faruzan Encounter Event
In Genshin Impact 3.5 players will be able to glimpse into Dehya and Faruzan’s past through the “Legendary Quest of Dehya” and the “Encounter Event of Faruzan”. As the story progresses, the traveler will join Dainsleif and Kaeya to find out more about his missing twin and the Order of the Abyss.
New features and optimizations in Genshin Impact Update 3.5
HoYoverse has revealed that it is implementing new features and optimizations with the Genshin Impact 3.5 update. Players will soon be able to earn a Tangled Fate for every completed Archon Quest. In addition, the Sacred Call of the Seven game will have three more new Character Cards: Eula, Sangonomiya Kokomi and Kujou Sara.
Another novelty revealed for the game Sacred Call of the Seven is the “Fierce Duel Mode”, which will be available for a limited time. In it, the Elemental Dice needed to play cards and use Character Skills will be reduced.
Launch and availability
