After almost a year without a club, Gennaro Gattuso will return to service. The 2006 world champion with Italy is expected to be announced as Valencia’s new coach in the coming days, according to Fabrizio Romano. The sulphurous Gattuso will therefore discover Spain and La Liga and will have the perilous mission of bringing the club back to the fore following several years of difficulty. The former coach of Napoli will commit for 2 seasons and will receive a salary of 3 M€ per year.
With 82 games on the Milan bench and 81 on the Napoli bench, Gattuso continues his experience as a coach and will have a lot to do in Catalonia.
