An entrepreneur has been sentenced to a suspended financial sentence for having put on the market tocantes with an inaccurate provenance.

The watches were presented as “Swiss made”, although they were made in Asia. According to the Geneva daily, several luxury brands in the country considered themselves copied and attacked the brand. Agreements would have been found. As for the new owners of the shop, they claim to be in good standing and sell their watches without hiding their Asian origin.
