Geneva: Released from the nightclub, he bites the bouncer in the calf

In the file, we find two photos: one of a car and the other of a calf. The story behind these photos takes place on January 14, Route des Jeunes. As the criminal order indicates, that evening, in the nightclub, a 38-year-old customer acted up. According to the account of the security agents, this thirty-year-old was “virulent” and tried to enter the VIP zone even though he was not authorized there. The agents decide to throw him out.
Only, the thirty-year-old doesn’t hear it that way. He tries to get back into the box by jumping over a barrier. Several security guards intervene. He is accused of having then thrown himself once morest the car of one of the agents and of having rammed the body of the vehicle.
Not enough to stop the thirty-year-old from making another attempt to return to the nightclub. This time, it’s another bouncer who stops him. Obviously having a strong grudge once morest the security personnel, “the defendant hit him in the face and, following he fell to the ground, bit him on the left leg, below the knee,” indicates the prescription. Why such a gesture? “To defend himself because he felt in danger,” the defendant explained to the police.
“Poorly controlled angry behavior”
For its part, the Public Prosecutor’s Office considers that “his motivations stem from poorly controlled angry behavior at the expense of others.” He sentences him to a 90 day fine (50 francs per day) suspended as well as a fine of 150 francs. and 270 fr. procedural costs. The defendant did not object. The plaintiffs can, for their part, assert their civil claims.
