Geneva holds its very first extraordinary prosecutors

For the first time in its history, the Geneva Grand Council will elect extraordinary prosecutors this Thursday. The exercise holds no suspense since the applicants are not jostling at the gate and only two applications for four places have reached the end of the initial deadline. Those of Pierre Aubert, public prosecutor from Neuchâtel, and of Bernard Dénéréaz, first public prosecutor within the Public Ministry of the district of Lausanne.
