“Gifts for the brothers”: Putin’s friend Ramzan Kadyrov is generous and gives away 15 luxury cars to his loyal followers.
Chechen ruler Ramzan Kadyrov has distributed several luxury cars to loyal subordinates. “It was a pleasure to hand over the keys to premium cars to the commanders of law enforcement agencies of the Chechen Republic,” he said in a video posted on his Telegram channel.
Kadyrov spoke of a “gift to our brothers” and a “sign of gratitude for their faithful and exemplary service.” In the heroically produced video, at least 15 large SUV models are lined up in front of the presidential palace in the capital Grozny. These include vehicles from General Motors and the German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz. Kadyrov had the commanders and civil servants line up in a row, then they were allowed to drive away one by one in their new cars, honking for the cameras.
Low standard of living in Chechnya
Recently there were renewed rumors regarding the health of Putin’s henchman. It was even said that he was close to death. But then he appeared in a hospital, where he visited a countryman. Just a month ago he had awarded his son a high medal. Adam Kadyrov was awarded the Order of Hero of Chechnya.
