General Manager of Melón leaves the company after 13 years in office

Jorge Eugenin had a long career in the company. Iván Marinado, current Business Vice President, will take over as his replacement.

The corporate general manager of the Melón cement company, Jorge Eugenin will leave the company after thirteen years in office. This was reported by the company to the Financial Market Commission (CMF) through an essential fact, in which it explained that “it was resolved by mutual agreement to terminate” the executive’s contract and initiate a “retirement plan agreed between the parts”.

In this way, it was established that Eugenin will remain in office until January 3, 2023. In his replacement, the board appointed Iván Marinado, current Vice President of Business, to take office in the first quarter of next year.

“The board of directors thanked Jorge Eugenin Ulloa for his constant support and work carried out during the years he has worked for Melón, wishing him the greatest success in his new challenges,” were the words sent to the CMF.
