General census in Morocco – The HCP presents the preparatory work for the RGPH 2024, on February 23 in Rabat

The High Commission for Planning (HCP) is organizing a press briefing on Thursday February 23 from 11:00 a.m. at the headquarters of the HCP located in Hay Riad – Rabat, chaired by Mr. Ahmed Lahlimi Alami, High Commissioner for Planning, during which the preparatory work for the General Population and Housing Census (RGPH) 2024 will be presented.

In a press release sent to Article19.ma, the HCP specifies that this press briefing will present the following:

  • ✓ The technological option retained in the process of producing the RGPH;
  • ✓ The conditions for carrying out the mapping of households and economic establishments;
  • ✓ Methodologies for collecting, processing and disseminating the results of the RGPH;
  • ✓ The renovation of the method of supervising the process of carrying out the RGPH in the field.

“Because of the importance of permanent household information on the different phases of carrying out a large-scale operation for our country, we attach great importance to your presence to take part in this press briefing”, concludes the press release.
