The board (PCB) of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 16GB Founders Edition has been leaked.Reported by overseas media VideoCardz.

GeForce RTX 4080 16GB Founders Edition PCB The GeForce RTX 4080 16GB Founders Edition PCB has 8 GDDR6X memory modules arranged around the AD103 GPU. Each module is 2GB for a total of 16GB VRAM capacity. The memory clock is 22.4 Gbps, which is the fastest among the GeForce RTX 4000 series at the moment. It has 9728 CUDA cores, which is 5% less than the AD103 GPU’s full specs. Although the PCB is supposed to have up to 27 phases, it actually has only 17 phases. This indicates that it is compatible with the upcoming powerful AD103 graphics card such as the GeForce RTX 4080 Ti.

The GeForce RTX 4080 16GB board has room for many components. As VideoCardz says, it seems that it is designed to be compatible with high-end models in anticipation of the future.

GeForce RTX 4080 16GB suggested retail price starts at 219,800 yen including tax. Scheduled to be released on November 16, 2022.
