EVGA and Colorful are going to release several versions of the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics accelerator. The former is preparing massive 3.5-slot versions of the FTW Ultra series. The set of external interfaces for the EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra models has not changed: it includes three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors, as well as one HDMI 2.1.

The new proprietary 12+4-pin PCIe 5.0 power connector is located at the back of the card instead of on top. On the one hand, this will simplify the laying of power cables, but on the other hand, it will require the use of a more spacious case. There were no other significant changes in the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra. Unless the size of the metal rear panel of the connectors has increased.

Colorful is preparing to release three versions of the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti: the “budget” BattleAx Deluxe, the more advanced Vulcan, and the flagship Neptune OC. The first is distinguished by a simpler cooling system with an unpretentious design. The second is equipped with an external liquid crystal display. The third received a hybrid cooling system with an external 280 mm radiator with two 140 mm fans.

The BattleAx Deluxe and Vulcan versions are 3.5-slot solutions equipped with three-fan cooling systems. Probably both are built on the same printed circuit board. The Neptune OC variant is made in a two-slot design.

All three Colorful graphics cards are equipped with 12+4-pin PCIe 5.0 power connectors.
