The season will kick off on the night between 22nd and 23rd October and will end on 13th April 2025. The classic 82 games full of spectacular plays and exciting challenges remain unchanged. TheNBA Cup which sees the Los Angeles Lakers defend the title. The format will be the same as the previous season, with the Final Four always in Las Vegas between December 14 and 17.
Many other commitments during the season, Christmas Day, Martin Luther King Day and the All Star Weekend in San Francisco.
There is also important news from a television point of view. To meet the demand to see the stars of their respective franchises play, given the rich agreement with the networks, the teams will not play either the night before or the night after a match on live national television. There will be no NBA Cup games on the second night of a back-to-back.
Also removed are the so-called “packages” of 4 races in 5 nights, 8 in 12 nights and 18 in 30 nights.
