According to the police, 12,000 people are taking part this Sunday afternoon in the streets of Brussels in a demonstration in support of the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip. The event, organized by the Belgian-Palestinian Association, aims to demand an end to violent actions against the population living in the Gaza Strip.
The demonstration “Gaza, stop the massacres! Stop the impunity!” began on Sunday around 2:00 p.m. at the Schuman roundabout in Brussels, which was joined by some 12,000 people according to estimates by the police on site. Participants in the action call on the European Union to do everything possible to obtain a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip as well as the protection of all civilian populations and access to international aid for them. .
