Gates of some dams to be opened to release excess water

Due to heavy rains in the UAE, some dams in the country are likely to open, officials said. The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has advised people living in the vicinity of the dams to be cautious and follow safety instructions as excess water is released.
