It also specifies that the reduction in the cost of this material, which has become beyond the reach and capacity of station owners due to the profit margin which has remained stable, is causing station owners to suffer and struggle to survive.
« Added to this is the minimum tax which threatens to bankrupt a large number of stations, due to the significant increase in turnover without this affecting profits or the ability to obtain a reasonable stock “, laments the Federation.
Second reason, the Federation calls for the temporary suspension of the parallel market which operated outside service stations, due to the sales process limited to stations instead of B to B as it was practiced before. This restored order and legalization of this sector.
The Federation has invited the Ministry of Energy Transition to open real and serious discussions in order to finalize the projects it has opened with the Federation, in particular the texts on the organization of the regulation of hydrocarbons and by addressing other pending cases. She called for activating the work of the joint committee between the two parties.
