KYIV (Archyde.com) – A gas company employee has been arrested on treason charges for allegedly facilitating a Russian missile attack in Ukraine. The office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced on the 29th.

A restaurant in Kramatorsk, Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, was hit by a Russian missile attack on the 27th, killing 12 people and injuring 60. He is suspected of filming the car and sending the footage to Russian special forces.

“Anyone who facilitates the murder of Russian terrorists deserves the death penalty,” President Zelensky said in a video message late Thursday night.

If found guilty of treason, he might be sentenced to life in prison.
