PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is providing 500,000 flight seats at special prices for the travel period until the end of 2025 at the Garuda Indonesia Travel Festival (GATF).
Garuda Indonesia President Director Wamildan Tsani said that the GATF 2024 event which will be held with Bank Mandiri will take place on 29 November-1 December 2024 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta with a projected visitation level of the event reaching 50 thousand visitors.
“This year’s GATF was held to support the Government’s determination to provide flight services that are easily accessible to the public, especially ahead of the peak season period of Christmas and New Year. He said that during this year’s GATF, Garuda also updated the event concept from a Travel Fair to a Travel Festival. Through this change in concept, in this year’s implementation, Garuda Indonesia presents various people’s lifestyle needs, starting from ticket needs, F&B, to entertainment.
“Apart from GATF, Garuda Indonesia is also preparing other initiatives related to providing affordable ticket prices, which we continue to coordinate with other stakeholders. We hope that these various initiatives will further increase the choice for people to travel during the Christmas and New Year period,” he explained.
