Welsh star Gareth Bale, 33, announced – today, Monday – his retirement from football, at a young average age to retire for a star the size of Bale, but the obstacles he went through in his career prompted him to make this decision at a relatively young age.
Bell failed to prove himself and show his talent at Real Madrid, following his remarkable brilliance with Tottenham, and his relationship with the “Royal” fans and the Spanish press soured in his final years inside the “Bernabeu”, especially with the significant decline in his level.

Bell confirmed his decision – through a statement he posted on his social media accounts – explaining that he had seized the “opportunity to embark on a new adventure.”
The Welsh winger, who previously played for Southampton, Tottenham, Real Madrid and Los Angeles, decided to end his career following 17 years on the field.

Bale is one of the most decorated British players, winning 3 La Liga titles, 5 Champions League titles, and 3 Club World Cup titles.
He is the former captain of the “Dragons” team and one of the most prominent players in the history of Wales, following his contribution in recent years to his country’s arrival to the quarter-finals of Euro 2016, and its qualification to the World Cup Qatar, which is the second time that the Welsh national team appears in the World Cup finals.
Bale’s last appearance came during the loss of the Wales national team – with whom he played 111 matches – once morest his English counterpart, 0-3, in the last round of the group stage at the Qatar World Cup 2022.
