According to the police, the local man pressed the press on the outside of the vehicle, whereupon the truck began to slide on sloping terrain. As a result, the vehicle left the road and overturned. The worker was trapped and fatally injured.
The garbage truck was driven by a 35-year-old from the Perg district in Upper Austria. The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. during disposal work near a farm. The driver left the vehicle in time and was uninjured.
