Last week, Tales from the Borderlands 2, of its provisional name, revealed its first information in spite of itself, following a major leak on the web. And if the tweezers were necessarily required, it would seem that the continuation of the narrative game is indeed the subject of an official presentation to come.

Amazon quickly removed the page, so caution was in order while waiting for an official announcement, which shouldn’t be long in coming.

It is therefore via a publication on his official account that Geoff Keighley, the master of ceremonies in person, invites players to meet this evening for the opening of Gamescom 2022. Indeed, the journalist is clearly teasing a new game taking place in the Borderlands universe, and through a simple image displaying three silhouettes probably corresponding to the three characters mentioned above.

The Opening Night Live scene could therefore lift the curtain on an official presentation of this Tales from the Borderlands 2 whose development was announced by the Gearbox Software teams last april.
