The councillor stressed that “La Gota de Leche is a true focus of creativity and activities for the youth of Logroño, and this month’s programme is a good example of this.”

“In addition, we must not forget that this municipal space provides services for young people throughout the year: advice on preparing a CV, creating music, videos, spaces for rehearsing, for talks, language exchanges, study rooms…”, he added.

Thus, for the month of September, different workshops have been scheduled. The first of them, a Games Workshop which will take place on September 14 at 11:15 a.m. The minimum age to participate is 8 years old and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be modern board games, puzzles and deduction. Registration can be done from September 1 at lojoven.es

On September 17th and 18th there will be a Electric Guitar Effects and Pedals Workshopfrom 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is a free course with 8 places. And on those same dates and times, a course has been scheduled an introductory workshop on the InDesign layout programalso free of charge and with 9 places. Registration for both workshops can be done from 2 September at lagota.es.

On September 17th there will also be an informative workshop of the Network of Youth Information PointsIt will be at 5:30 p.m. and registrations start on September 1st through lojoven.es

Another of the activities that return this month of September is the Philosophical Cafe Coordinated by Marina Rodríguez. It will take place on September 28, from 12:00 to 13:30, and there are 12 free places. Registration can be done from September 2 at lojoven.es

In the musical section, on September 19, at 8:00 p.m. in the Patio de La Gota de leche, a Hugo Perez concerta young man from Logroño whose favourite musical styles are pop-rock and singer-songwriter music, with names such as Quique González, Manolo García, Leiva and Robe Iniesta among his influences.

Exhibitions

In the Patio de La Gota de Leche, from September 2 to 27, you can visit the exhibition ‘Dreamy. Brushstrokes between realities’by José Manuel Fandiño. His art suggests an unreal world where color and shapes surprise.

In the exhibition hall on the first floor, from September 2 to 14, the exhibition has been scheduled Exhibition ‘Recipe against hunger: food sovereignty’by Amycos, which analyses the role of all the agents involved in the global food network.

From September 3 to 28, in the ground floor hallway, the Viajateca Experiences return with the exhibition ‘A gateway to Vietnam’with photographs by Rubén García Bañuelos and David Untoria from Logroño.

And finally, from September 5 to 27, in the lobby, there will be the exhibition ‘Urban Views’which brings together the photographs submitted to the 10th edition of the La Gota de Leche Photography Contest.
