He explained: “Yesterday, I ordered the Israeli army forces to enter the Rafah area, control the crossing and carry out their tasks,” adding that “this operation will continue until we eliminate the factional movement or until the first prisoner returns to Israel.”

He added: “We are ready to make concessions in order to release the hostages, but if this option is not available, we will deepen the process, and this will happen throughout the Strip, in the south, in the center and in the north, so we will intensify our work, and military pressure will lead to crushing the movement.” Factions.”

Israeli tanks and forces entered the city of Rafah at dawn on Tuesday after Tel Aviv announced that the truce offer presented by the factional movement did not meet its demands, confirming that it would go ahead with the attack that it had threatened for a long time.

Earlier, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned that an Israeli invasion of the city of Rafah would be “unbearable.”

The Israeli army announced its full control over the Rafah crossing from the Palestinian side, and the completion of its military operations in the area adjacent to the Egyptian border with the Gaza Strip.
