Apparently, the official presentation of the new Galaxy Tab A9 and A9 Plus is getting closer. That’s because the standard model now received BIS certification indiana.
According to information collected in the preliminary technical sheet, the device carries the number SM-X115, and it is compatible with Wi-Fi connection in dual band (2.4 and 5 GHz).
For now, the variant with 5G support has not yet been approved in the Indian market.
Still, we already know that the most affordable tablet must also have Bluetooth 5.1 and 5,100 mAh battery with 15W charging support.
Another basically confirmed detail is the presence of Android 13 running under the One UI interface. However, the launch date of the tablets is still uncertain.
After making information regarding the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE Plus available on its website, Samsung is regarding to launch a new tablet device. Pricebaba’s team spotted the Galaxy Tab A9 on the FCC certification website with the model number SM-X115.
The listing gives some information regarding the rear design and says that the tablet will have a 5,100 mAh battery with support for 15W charging. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Tab A9 will have 5G, Wi-Fi, FM, GPS, Bluetooth and will come with external memory support.
Last month, OnLeaks revealed CAD images of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE Plus. The Tab S9 FE has a 10.9-inch screen, measuring 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7 mm, and uses the Exynos 1380 chip with 6GB of RAM. Meanwhile, the Tab S9 FE Plus has a 12.4-inch screen, measuring 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54mm and features a dual camera arrangement with the same chip but 8GB of RAM.
Both models will come with a side fingerprint reader, Android 13 and will be available in shades such as gray, silver, light green and light pink. The advance announcement is scheduled for the months of September or October. The type of screen (AMOLED or LCD) remains unconfirmed, but LCD seems more likely.
