Samsung is currently preparing everything for the official release of the Galaxy S23 and thus prepared for the new flagship series from South Korea. A lot of rumors were already circulating in advance. But now it is supposed to be known how strong the new cell phones really are.
Galaxy S23 with a particularly powerful chip
For some time now, it has been considered certain that Samsung wants to do without specially developed chips for the Galaxy S23 and its variants and instead want to install a second-generation Snapdragon 8. It was already foreseeable that it should be stronger, but so far there have been no corresponding figures to substantiate this.
But now the leaker Ahmed Qwaider wants to have found out what’s really in it. at Twitter he reports enthusiastically about the new chip and what better performance it brings with it. He writes that the CPU (main processor) performs 36 percent better, the GPU (graphics unit) by 48 percent and the NPU (network processor) by as much as 60 percent over the respective predecessors:
“Incredible performance of the second gen Snapdragon 8 in the Galaxy S23 Ultra, S23+/S23. […] The 4NM processor with cooling systems will improve the performance, battery consumption and heat generation under heavy use […]“

Samsung’s deal with Qualcomm
The Galaxy S23 and its variants will have powerful computing power under the hood. Like SamMobile, among others reported, this should be possible primarily through a deal between Samsung and the chip manufacturer Qualcomm. With this, the South Koreans should be able to secure overclocked Snapdragon chips.
According to the latest rumours, Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy S23 on February 1st, 2023. However, there are no details on the price yet. by the way: One hidden feature on Galaxy phones many do not even know. It is very useful – it is best to look at it directly.
