Galaxy A14 4G may not have a charger in the box, it indicates a leak

The Galaxy A14 4G was recently announced, but has yet to be officially sold by Samsung. According to people who have access to the Korean manufacturer’s plans, the device will be available soon, but no charger in the box.

The leaker Ahmed Qwaider confirmed with more than one source that Samsung is starting to remove the accessory from its simplest devices. Thus, the Galaxy A14 4G will be sold with just one USB-C to USB-C cable inside its box.

The justification for this change will be the same as the company used when it removed the charger from its flagships: sustainability.

For now, Samsung has not officially commented on the matter. Even so, removing the charger from the box of the simplest smartphones might end up becoming a problem for the company in competitive markets like India.

That’s because the vast majority of Chinese manufacturers not only send the charger in the box, but also deliver adapters with a fast charging solution.

It has become increasingly common for these companies to deliver 18W, 22W or 33W chargers in the box of their devices, something that Samsung will not do.

It is worth remembering that the Galaxy A14 4G was presented with a 6.6-inch screen that has FHD + resolution, Helio G80 processor, 50 MP main camera and 5,000 mAh battery.
