A Galaxy announced this week a new custom graphics card to celebrate its 20th anniversary. It deals with GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Editionwhich arrives as the first component of the category with a HDMI retimer as its main highlights.
For those who don’t know, this chip’s function is to improve the connection via HDMI cable in cases where the device is too far from the TV or monitor. It is generally found on consoles, as they are devices that are more likely to be connected to a screen over greater distances.
The name of this little item is Parade PS8419was equipped with the HDMI 2.1 port of the RTX 4090. In principle, it helps the jitter and time distortion are eliminated during use. As a result, players will have a cleaner signal connection.
A point that also draws attention to this model is the top-to-bottom cooling solution. In other words, two fans push air down on one side of the GPU, while the others do the same on the opposite side. This is the same idea implemented in the model Founders Edition.
