Last Tuesday, February 20, the Association of Film Journalists of Mexico (PECIME), revealed the list of nominees for the 49th edition of the Diosas de Plata Awards that recognize the best of local cinema.
According to a statement from the organizers, which define themselves as a non-profit civil association with the main objective of promoting Mexican cinema, this year there are six productions competing to obtain the Best Film award.
The ceremony of the 49th delivery of the Silver Goddesses will take place on Tuesday, March 19, at Theater 2, of the Cultural Center, located at Avenida Cuauhtémoc number 19, corner of Puebla Street, in the Roma neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Mayor’s Office. , Mexico.
