Strong demand for restructuring advice with a future
The Hauskunft convinced last year as a free service point of the wohnfonds_wien with a successful annual balance. In around 3,500 consultations, the Hauskunft team of advisors and external experts provided information regarding topics such as heating replacement and renewable energies to those interested in renovation. And this year, too, the great demand continued – as evidenced by more than 800 consultations in the first quarter of 2023.
Competent advice shows potential for restructuring. Finding optimal solutions for thermal renovation or switching to climate-friendly heating systems is of central importance. As an essential element in overcoming the challenges posed by climate change, the offer of the homecoming is constantly being improved and expanded.
For example, an information evening for apartment owners is now offered once a month. This makes it possible to respond better to the wishes of those who want advice and to pass on information in a targeted manner. Via the service hotline 01/402 84 00 Citizens can register for the various offers of coming home. / Ending
