Tickets for one of the finals of the Future Games were sold out in five minutes

All tickets for the finals and semi-finals of the Dota 2 tournament, which will be held as part of the “Games of the Future” in Kazan, were sold out within five minutes following the start of sales, the press service of the competition organizers reports.

Competitions in the YOTA Phygital MOBA discipline (Dota 2 + Superfinal) will be held at Kazan Expo from February 19 to 25. The tournament will feature 16 teams, including Chinese Xtreme Gaming and Azure Ray, as well as One Move, Hydra, LGD and G2xiG.

The phygital battle arena will test the skills of athletes in the Dota 2 gaming universe, and the finalists will take part in the super final, where they will show their physical skills. The Dota 2 prize fund will be $1 million, and the grand final will be $50 thousand.

In addition, there are almost no tickets left for another discipline of the Games – “Battle of Robots”, the fights in which will take place in the Kazan circus on February 24-26.

A little more than a quarter of all tickets were purchased by residents of Kazan – 26.5%; the competition will also be attended by residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, Moscow, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Ulyanovsk, Samara regions and other regions of the country. The starting price of tickets is from 300 rubles.

“Games of the Future” will be held in Kazan from February 21 to March 3. The sports program includes competitions in 21 disciplines at 10 sports facilities in Kazan and Sochi. The opening ceremony will take place on February 21, and the closing ceremony of the competition will take place on March 3.

The “Games of the Future” will be broadcast on the channels of the Match TV subholding, as well as on streaming platforms.
