Receipt and storage of products
Whether from the supplier or the seller himself, it is not necessary to make an appointment in advance to receive the goods.

While packing, corresponds to the packaging of products, which are packaged according to the need and determined fragility. “The items are checked in two stages to ensure that the customer will receive exactly what he ordered”, he says.
Dispatch and delivery of products in the Fulfillment system
Dispatch of orders is a Petinoli differential, as all orders approved by 2 pm are released at the shipping, collection points or to carriers that are able to deliver on the same day.
Delivery to collection points at marketplaces or post offices is carried out by a special fleet that ensures deadlines and commitment to the customer.

In cases of cancellation or return, reverse logistics is the responsibility of the company itself, which takes care of everything from code generation to physical receipt of the order”, stresses Garcia.
