His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, received at Rumaila Palace the players of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, representatives of the national team in the fencing team, for winning a number of medals in the West Asian Fencing Championship in Jordan.
His Highness, the Crown Prince of Fujairah, congratulated the players who won two golds, two silvers, and seven bronzes, praising their honorable sporting achievement, and their victory, which constitutes a continuous motivation towards more successes in various types of combat games, and supports the state’s position in the field of sports at the Arab and international levels.
His Highness referred to the Emirate of Fujairah’s interest in supporting talented young athletes and encouraging them to represent the country by participating in local and international competitions, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and his Highness’s follow-up to the course of sports work in the emirate, to enhance its presence.
