Wearing a brown wig and feminine clothing, an inmate managed to escape security and leave the El Libertador New Men Training Center in Tocuyito.
The escape would have occurred last Wednesday, according to El Regional del Zulia. The man disguised himself, taking advantage of the women’s visit, and left the penitentiary center with another citizen – supposedly his romantic partner – who is wanted by the authorities.

The authorities are on the trail of the fugitive and his alleged partner; and the officials who were guarding the door on the day of the escape are under investigation to determine if there was internal complicity.
The four guards who were on duty the day of the escape are under investigation.
