Fuel, cigarettes, meal vouchers, deadline for your aid… We take stock of everything that changes on March 1, 2023

Fuel allowance, taxes, cigarette prices, or even cold calling, there are many changes from March 1. We take stock here.

Fuel

While 4 stations out of 10 show a price per liter above 2 euros, TotalEnergies will cap the price of diesel and SP95 at 1.99 euros, from March 1. The measure was announced at the end of February on TF1 by CEO Patrick Pouyanné. This decision will be effective directly in more than 3,400 petrol stations and will remain in force throughout 2023.

Fuel allowance

Attention! If you take your car to work, know that the countdown has begun for request your fuel allowance in the amount of 100 euros. The month of March is the last opportunity to apply for this allowance put in place by the government.

Meal voucher

Do you have any lunch titles left for 2022? You have up to end of February to use them. This credit is generally used first. Then it all depends on your transmitter. You can have an automatic balance transfer or a manual balance transfer.

Paper checks may be exchanged for free once morest an equal number of valid titles if you return them to your employer before the 15 mars 2023.

Cigarettes

On March 1, some packets of cigarettes will pass the symbolic bar of 11 euros… Among the cigarettes concerned are the Marlboro and Winston brands, among others, which will now be sold at the price of 11.50 euros (compared to 10.50 euros ). The price list according to packages and brands is available on the customs website.

Telephone canvassing

From now on, commercial calls will be more strictly regulated with reduced time slots. From March 1, cold calling will be authorized from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Companies using cold calling will not be able to contact their customers more than 4 times a month and calls remain prohibited on weekends and public holidays.

Supplementary pension

13 million private pensioners affected by a change in the rates of the complementary Agirc-Arrco. Whether their income has increased (or decreased) so as to cause them to cross a reference tax income threshold (RFR). The rates concerned are: CSG, CRDS, CASA.

End of the energy check

You still have one month to use your energy check issued in the spring of 2022. Lower rate proposed by Action Logement

According C news, the interest rate of the Accession loan offered by Action Logement will increase from 0.5% to 1.5%. This loan is reserved for private sector employees for the purchase of new housing, social housing or a property via a solidarity lease. The rate of this loan nevertheless remains well below those of the banks, which currently exceed 3%.
