Many festival-goers are there for this major festival. Headliners like Nicky Jam and Farruko are on the program for the evening.

Olivier Primeau, promoter of the festival, explains the enthusiasm behind Latin music in Quebec.

“I knew that Latin music sold well, because at the Beach Club, it sells well. At full capacity like that today, it’s extraordinary. With the enthusiasm on social networks, it is shared quickly. In addition, the Latino community in Montreal is huge. It’s beautiful to see,” he explains.

A festival-goer even came from France to attend the first edition of this event.

“I came because there are artists that I love in the lineup,” she said.
