The documents published online by the FTC in the context of Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision are causing a lot of talk! Xbox’s strategy is now revealed to the public and business details like the price of GTA V’s presence in Game Pass are revealed.

Xbox and the FTC were engaged in a legal battle over the acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Documents in the case were made public this morning. One of the PDF documents was for unreleased games fromXbox in development with discussions of the possibility of their presence in the famous Microsoft service. The list also included previously released games like GTA V.
The cost of having GTA V in Game Pass is revealed
One of the games listed in the document is GTA V. The information reveals that Xbox is considering a return of the title to Game Pass, soon. Microsoft says it expects Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two Interactive, to charge between $12 million and $15 million per month to be on Game Pass for a quota of around 30 million hours of gameplay. which means that the presence of GTA V in Game Pass costs Xbox around $12 million.
