The detainees planned terrorist attacks on a transport facility. During searches at the place of residence of the detainees, components for the manufacture of improvised explosive devices were seized.
Earlier, FSB officers prevented a terrorist attack at one of the military facilities in the Leningrad Region, reported RT. It was planned to set fire to the administrative building of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
