Assumption, IP Agency.– From this Monday, April 29, real estate developers will be able to upload their projects to the platform of «Che Róga Porâ», so that citizens interested in building or acquiring houses under this program can know them.

On Monday, the platform www.cherogapora.gov.py opens so that these authorized development companies, which registered at the time and have gone through an analysis, can begin to raise their housing projects, the Minister of Urban Planning and Housing announced this Friday. and Habitat (MUVH), Juan Carlos Baruja.

He explained that there are more than 120 companies already qualified, which have the possibility of presenting up to 50 homes.

“They know, they were trained in the last two months in work sessions to use this platform and how they have to work on it,” the minister highlighted.

The Che Róga Porã program will benefit families throughout the national territory with incomes between 1 and 4 minimum wages, who will be able to access their own home for up to G. 400,000,000 with financing of up to 30 years, at 6.5% of annual interest.

New trust model on MUVH land

The minister also announced that the MUVH is working “to have the greatest number of homes for the Paraguayan family, which is what President Santiago Peña has requested of us.”

In that sense, he indicated that they are working on a new fiduciary model for real estate development within the institution’s own properties.

He explained that one of the projects under this new figure will be developed on the MUVH property located in Mariano Roque Alonso, where it is planned to carry out more than 2,000 apartments.

«Today we are in a work team with the AFD and perhaps it can be expanded to have the trust model that allows us to carry out the solution with the private sector of that property and many other properties, such as Artigas and other lands. Once we have the legal framework for a fiduciary development, we are going to replicate the model on any land we have in the Republic,” said Baruja.

He indicated that this new model might be ready in three or four months and that the idea is that this year the works on the land will begin under the trust model.
