Chronic loneliness can also cause damage to the brain. Lack of social contact and lack of stimuli causes a slowdown in neuronal plasticity, which can lead to anxiety, depression, and slow thinking. Try to communicate more often with family and friends.

Multitasking is another unexpected habit that can be harmful to the brain. Long-term multitasking can lead to shallow thinking, poor concentration, fatigue, and stress. The solution here is simple, you need to complete the tasks in stages.
