According to meteorologists, the hottest days seem to be Friday and Saturday 27-28/9 with thermometers exceeding 32-33 degrees in areas such as Thessaly, Fthiotida, Boeotia, the Dodecanese and central Macedonia. In his post on X, today, Tuesday 24/9, Thodoris Kolidas pointed out that: “The rise in temperature in the coming days the main feature of the weather and on Friday and Saturday we will exceed 30°C in many areas, however the temperature on Monday will drop by about 5 degrees, returning to normal – autumn levels (maps)”.

Mild weather with a few showers in the west – Temperatures rising Friday and Saturday
With intermittent clouds but also plenty of sunshine, low wind intensities and a few rains mainly in the north-western parts of the country, the days will go on until Thursday, according to ERT meteorologist Anastasia Tiraskis. The temperature will reach 30 degrees. On Friday and Saturday the weather will be summery, with lots of sunshine throughout the country and the temperature locally reaching around 32-33 degrees.
In more detail, today Tuesday in most parts of the country sunshine is forecast but there will also be periods of cloudiness. Local rains and isolated storms will occur in western Greece, mainly in the northwest. Winds in the Ionian from the south and in the Aegean from the north, with intensities of up to 5 Beaufort. The temperature will reach 26 to 29 degrees in most areas.
In Attica sunshine with passing clouds is forecast. The winds are weak, the temperature up to 28 degrees.
And in Thessaloniki sunshine is forecast, with occasional clouds. The winds are weak, the temperature up to 27 degrees.
