From Spain.. OPPO officially launches its new phone, Reno 8 Lite

The Chinese company, “Obo”, launched its all-new “Reno 8 Lite” phone, which comes in the budget-friendly economic category, regarding two weeks following the launch of the new “Reno 8” series, which included three different phones.

The new “Reno 8 Lite” low-cost phone from Oppo features a 6.43-inch “AMOLED” screen and “FHD +” resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, as the phone is powered by a “Snapdragon 695” processor. Developed by the American company “Qualcomm”, along with an “Adreno 619” graphic processor.

The processor works in conjunction with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card up to 1 TB. The RAM can also be increased up to 13 GB using the additional built-in storage.

The “Reno 8 Lite” phone – dual SIM (Nano) – runs on the “Android 11” operating system with the traditional “Oppo” interface, “ColorOS 12.1”. Connectivity options on the phone include 5G networks, “NFC”, “Bluetooth v5.1”, “GPS / A-GPS”, “GLONASS”, “BEIDOU”, “GALILEO” and “USB Type-C”. And a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The phone also has a side fingerprint sensor, and it also supports the Face ID feature, and the “Reno 8 Lite” phone includes a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 33 watts of ultra-fast charging of the “SuperVOOC” type, and supports “IPX4” certification. To resist splashes and dust, and besides, the phone weighs regarding 173 grams.

With regard to photography, the phone has a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, along with two other sensors – “depth” and “macro” – with a accuracy of 2 megapixels, and for selfies and video chats, the phone features a front camera sensor 16 megapixels.

Both the front and rear cameras support features including “Night Mode” and “Portrait Mode”, and the rear camera is also equipped with “LED” flash and supports Full HD video recording at a frame rate of 30 frames per second.

The company “Oppo” officially launched the phone on Friday in Spain, initially, and it will reach other global markets soon.

The company has set the price of the “Reno 8 Lite” at 429 euros (regarding 460 dollars), and the phone comes in black and rainbow color options.
