From Pescaglia the winner of the contest ‘A voice for Europe’ – SerchioInDiretta

The seventeen year old singer Silvia Bandieri of Pescagliawins the European final of the 56th edition of the contest A Voice for Europe.

The competition, which began months ago and saw the participation of thousands of pop, jazz, opera and rap singers from all over Italy, concluded with an evening held on August 30th in the splendid setting of the Estense Castle of Ferraraan evening in which 18 finalist singers participated, divided between those who performed live and those who performed on a recording basis.

The contestants were judged by a highly qualified jury composed of music critics, representatives of Radio Italia, Radio Bruno but also and above all by two celebrities such as Maurizio Tirelli and Andrea Mingardihere as president and guest.

Tirelli and Mingardi respectively pianist and singer, authors of 26 songs brought to success by the great Mina, among which sung by the couple Mina, Mingardi the famous song Mogol and Battisti.

Silvia Bandieri, a student at the Lucca music high school, performed with the aria Oh my dear daddytaken from Gianni Schicchi by Giacomo Puccini and with the victory, also acclaimed by the large audience present, she was awarded in addition to the overall winner award, a scholarship worth 1500 euros to continue his musical studies.
