The agencies of the Ministry of Interior were keen to develop their services provided to citizens, and sought to keep pace with the tremendous technological development, and the trend towards digital transformation in its various facilities and devices, in order to relieve citizens and provide security services to them easily and in less time. In the following lines, we monitor the steps for obtaining a movement certificate from home:
First: Go to the website of the Ministry of Interior https://moi.gov.eg.
Second: Create an account on the site, from the top of the main page, from the “Login” box, then choose “Create a new account”, and then enter the correct personal data and the national number to benefit from the services provided.
Third: Entering the e-services field.
Fourth: The Ministry of Interior offers the service of obtaining a “movement certificate”, which states his movements outside Egypt and into Egypt during a specified period of time, to be submitted to the concerned authorities. The certificate is issued to the applicant or his representative, according to the data available at the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality.
Fifth: The service can be used by logging in, filling out the movement certificate request, paying the service fee, setting the date of receipt, and receiving the certificate from the headquarters of the General Directorate of Passports and Immigration.
