Friday (June 30) was a big day for Beatrice Egli: On the one hand her tenth studio album “Balance” was released, which she had already been promoting with the single “Herzsteuert” in the past few months, on the other hand she was a guest in the evening the “NDR Talk Show”. In addition to her various extreme leisure activities such as a caravan trip through Australia, the subject was also her professional past.

When she won DSDS in 2013, Beatrice Egli was still working as a hairdresser – and even if she has certainly experienced countless formative moments as a hit star since then, she also remembers one or the other anecdote from her last job. As she reveals in an interview with Bettina Tietjen (63) and Elena Uhlig (47) on the “NDR Talk Show”, one of her customers was once quite bloody. “I’ve also cut someone’s ear before,” remembers Beatrice Egli, “It can happen during training.”
“Egli Extreme”: Beatrice Egli has recently also become a podcaster
In addition to her successful pop career, Beatrice Egli always devotes herself to exciting side projects. The talented blonde has traveled through Australia in her caravan and has also conquered the Matterhorn. The latest entry on her constantly growing summary is also tough – because she has been working as a podcaster since the end of May. Two episodes of “Egli Extrem”, in which Beatrice meets various well-known guests for adventurous activities, have already been published. In the premiere episode, radio host Laura Larsson went into a wind tunnel, in the second episode with “Celebrity Big Brother” star Jeremy Fragrance to the junkyard.
